Huna: Rediscovering Your Higher Self
Make your trip to Paradise one that will long be remembered for more than the scenery! As beautiful as the Hawaiian Islands are; and as much as they offer the sensory experience of lush vegetation, soft sea breezes and the heat of the Pacific Sun on your grateful skin, your journey to the inner gifts of Hawaii will be found when you find your Self.
Special rates have been negotiated with the Mauna Lani Resort to
significantly reduce your cost for the duration of your stay. Rather than room rates in excess of US$500 (per person) per night, retreat participants will enjoy a special rate of US$220 (per room) per night (plus applicable taxes).
You also have access to this ‘can’t resist’ rate for an additional nights before and after the retreat dates at the same rate, should you want to extend your stay and explore the Big Island and all that it has to offer.
Retreat participants have access to the Mauna Lani Resort hotel – a five-star oceanfront luxury property on the Northern Coast of the Big Island. A short drive from the Kona Airport, the Mauna Lani offers gracious living with majestic views of the mountains and the ocean. Long stretches of sandy beach will keep you grounded during your stay, as you explore what the people of Hawaii have always known: the power of the Aloha Spirit.
During the Retreat, your mornings will be kept free so that you can sleep in, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and stroll the beach; or wander the grounds, exploring the fish ponds or feeding the sharks. Your retreat experience will begin after lunch (1:00 pm) and will close with the setting of the sun. An Oceanside gathering will take place as we come together to release the day and make room for the new.
Your afternoons will flow through easy and open conversations that invite and evoke the Aloha Spirit in us all! Engaging with breath; welcoming laughter and tears; and experiencing the flow of energy that is sourced by the Fire energy of the Big Island, your time will be spent in the discovery of timelessness. Your willingness to let go… to invite and allow… and to open yourself to receive… will be your gateway to discovering what the Hawaiians have known for centuries: you are much more than you think you are – and you are never alone.
Afternoons will find you sliding easily into considering how else you might choose to live your life! Your Guide: Louise LeBrun – creator of the WEL-Systems body of knowledge, Evolution by Intention and Emerging Futures – has been a student of Huna for almost 20 years. It was less about Louise finding Huna and much more about Huna finding her, as her entry through this gateway came ‘by accident’ and without mindful intention to seek what it offered. Her experiences with the works of Max Freedom Long, as well as intensives with Tad and Matt James, Laura Kealoha Yardley and Serge Kahili King have awakened a capacity to see – not only new things but through new eyes!
Integrating the ancient wisdom (the mystical) with what we now know of who we are as human beings from the quantum sciences (equally mystical!) , a new way to live emerges from our willingness to not know and move forward, anyway. Emerging Futures is an invitation from the Higher Self, flowing through the tissue of the physical body, to choose our potential rather than our habits and our fears.
