We are not designed for incremental change - we are designed for creation and manifestation. When we slow ourselves down in order to 'make sense' to others, we often lose ourselves in body, mind and spirit. We lose our health, we lose our sense of curiosity and play, and we lose the most important thing we have : our connection to ourselves.

For decades, women have known that we must make ourselves smaller and become 'less than' in order to find leverage in many existing corporate/organizational systems. For the last 20 years, women have been leaving these systems in droves, creating an exodus that has left a huge hole in those systems and created equally huge opportunity for themselves and for others as they design new lives and new systems. The number of women-owned businesses has doubled over the last 15 years in Canada and is growing at a rate 60 percent faster than those run by men. Our time is NOW!

Emerging Futures and Evolution by Intention™ are powerful new frameworks within which to consider who we are as entrepreneurs; and the implications for an expanded and accelerated way of making a difference.

Grounded in a WEL-Systems® context and drawing on the results from more than 15 years of profound, accelerated and generative change, you’ll be guided, invited, prodded, challenged and engaged for discovery not only of who you are but perhaps more importantly, of who you are capable of becoming.
You’ll be in the company of other women who are entrepreneurs in all areas of their lives. Creators and manifestors all, we stand in the 'now' and wonder: just how big can we become? And beyond, just how profoundly can we change our world? Learning from each other as we go, this four-day experience will expand your network and provide access to other women ‘in the search’ to support your ongoing exploration long after you leave.
You’ll discover the implications of a Quantum Biological perspective on how we make choices, engage our strategies and manifest the results that we call living!

The Approach:

In a retreat setting – far removed from the demands of your daily life that make it impossible to see beyond the existing horizon of responsibilities – you’ll be supported in ways that nourish the body, awaken the mind and feed the soul. Your surroundings will offer you a context for relaxing and expanding your body and your mind, resulting in the creativity and innovation that come from letting go and making room for ‘more’.

In the company of others mindfully seeking this own journey of discovery, your day will be filled with profound experiences and unique, facilitated conversations that will respectfully and intently press the edges of your awareness. Your greatest challenges will come from your own desire to allow the immensity of who you are to press through the constraints that your genius has already created for you! Your greatest rewards will be found in your willingness to let go and allow yourself to 'not know' for four days - and discover what you never dreamed of.

With real-life, real-time explorations of issues that entrepreneurial women are profoundly touched by, you’ll get new information, new ideas and new insights into how to redefine and engage more powerfully for the outcomes you intend - and create new outcomes not yet possible given your existing context. In the beginning, time will slow and your attention will be drawn to how long your days have become. And when you're done, you'll marvel at how quickly it has all passed and wonder: where did the time go? You'll discover that the connection between 'now' and the manifestation we desire is the very intensity that we so often fear.

With activities that invite interaction as well as those that honour introspection; with time alone and time with the group, you’ll access thoughts and intentions that have always been there and yet, have been just outside your awareness. Life expands rapidly when we become able to access those deeper states of intuition and intention that are indeed, driving the bus!

And perhaps, most of all, you'll be with women who not only tolerate but actively seek to press the edges of their own thinking and their own creations; who ponder what's possible, knowing that to break new ground means we must be willing to leave the ground we stand on - and engage!

The Process:

A pre-retreat one-on-one CODE Model Coaching™ conversation with your facilitator to determine your interests, issues and concerns as you enter the retreat.

A post-retreat one-on-one CODE Model Coaching™ conversation with your facilitator approximately two weeks after the retreat to integrate new discoveries and perspectives.

Optional stretch classes and body work (massage and Reiki) can be made available to reconnect your body to your mind.

Once your Emerging Futures: Entrepreneurial Women experience is complete, ongoing access to Coaching and collective experiences will be available, as required.
