This blog was like music to my ears. Like the birds singing, I am reminded how sweet life is as women around us choose to awaken to their potential. The ripples are sent out from our body as we continue to awaken to MORE! What I love is as the ripples pass through our bodies we unfold as the perpetual garden you speak of! Thanks for sharing the truth of your experience so I too may know it within myself.

Hello Louise

Thank you for sharing this. Your words bring me back to that place where I found ME, and now, where I know I AM, where I know I LIVE, and where I know I'll always BE.
Thank you.

As I read my breath was shallow as though not to be heard. I became part of what you were writing and also by the end knew which part I was not willing to be.

My focus may have been on being accepted at one point in my life and no longer is. I create space so that others may consider their lives differently and I will not sacrifice who I am to be 'accepted' by those who are not willing to live their lives fully.

A deep breath and a long slow exhale. I know who I am and will not be less so that others feel comfortable.

Thank-you Louise for this post

Mahalo,
Amy

Thank-you Louise for creating the space for this weekend. There are very few words to describe what the experience was like for me except to say Powerful. In a breath my life changed. In another breath, it changed again. Moment to moment - breath to breath life can change effortlessly.
To be alone and yet together with others is an amazing experience on it's own. How many times did I feel alone with others. What I experienced this week end was being present to mySelf with others who were present to themSelves. This is being Fully Alive. And I know that everyone can have this experience for themSelves and all it takes is choosing differently.

Mahalo to all of you that were there & to all of the other magnificent women in my life,

Amy

Amanpour's courageous reporting over the last 15 years stands in stark contrast to the vacuous, strident commentaries by her CNN associate Campbell Brown, the new rising star of that network. With so many important things going on the world today that effect us all, Brown prefers to make an issue out of how the President-elect answered a question about things that were said in a heated primary campaign nearly a year ago. And now she's making an issue out of an off-hand, "open-mic" remark by Governor Rendell which she chooses to describe as sexist when it was nothing of the kind. Amanpour is a real journalist who often puts herself at risk to get the facts, while Brown has turned out to be another pretty talking head whose personal ambition has elevated her to her highest level of incompetence.
