The WEL-Systems Institute ensures that all contact lists remain private and confidential.. We will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a customer's contact lists.

The WEL-Systems Institute allows you to purchase products and services. When credit card billing is chosen, the relevant personal and billing information is obtained and maintained in accordance with government, business and banking regulations.
